امتداداً لتجربة نخبة من طلبة الدكتوراة في الابتعاث الخارجي في أستراليا من تأسيس مركز تعليمي تحت مسمى أطفال ملهمون ‘INSPIRATIONAL KIDS’ عام 2018 ، ونتيجةً للخبرات المكتسبة من الشراكات مع عدة جهات حكومية ومراكز تعليمية عالمية في مجال منحى تعليم العلوم والرياضيات والهندسة والتقنية (STEM) في أستراليا، والأثر الملموس من تحقيق أبناء المبتعثين الملتحقين بالبرنامج مراكز متقدمة في المسابقات العلمية خصوصاً في مجال الليقو والطاقة الشمسية .
